There are many options for funding the purchase of your convincer and then customizing its appearance to fit your program.
Grant Opportunities The Convincer can be purchased using various grant funds. Units have been purchased in the past with grants from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the Governor's Highway Safety Programs, and the State Department of Transportation. A number of other federal and state vehicle safety grants are possible. Additional grants are available from charitable foundations associated with promoting traffic safety.
Sponsorships Corporate sponsorships are also becoming a popular option to secure Convincer funding. Insurance companies, traffic safety associations, and even local businesses who wish to show support for their community will often contribute a portion of the funding in exchange for placement of their logo on the unit. Selecting Colors We will work with you to create a customized look for your Seat Belt Convincer. Below is a sample of the proof that we use to select colors for the Convincers. As you will see there are four components of the Convincers that we have the ability to change. In order to keep costs down, we select two (2) paint colors and then paint the various components of the Convincers any combination of these two colors. We can work with you to try different paint colors or combinations until you find the most desirable option.
Incorporating Graphics We can also work with you to incorporate any logos, graphics or text onto the unit. In order to accomplish this, we ask that the files be presented to us in a vector art form (typically .ai or .eps). Once we have obtained the files, we can incorporate them in conjunction with your paint selection to create a sample proof of your unit. An example of the completed graphics proof can be seen below:
